New Scam? PEOPLE DOWNLOADING MODS AND HACKS!

Well, there is a scam going around and I almost got scammed by it. Luckily,  while I was trading, oh wait. OH MY GOSH NO NO NO WAY. I got scammed by it.. no no no no!!! SO THAT IS WHY PEOPLE WERE UNDER-TRADING ME!! Well, people download these hacks on AJ. Here is both of the new forms of scamming and HOW TO AVOID IT.

Force Accept Hack

This hack is where people download a program that anytime they
trade, if you hit decline, it will automatically accept. I got scammed by this MANY times now :(
Here are some tips on how to prevent it:
  • Keep your trade list clear.
  • If someone gives you a bad trade, ALWAYS press the little blue X button instead of declining it.
  • Don't go in crowded areas, and stay away from Aldan. *finishes putting caution signs up*
  • Make your animal super unrare, and lock your den.
Here is a funny story: Some members and nonmembers (like about 20 in total) raided my den and were looking around. Then they started spamming me with trades. I got scammed by this ;(

Dissappearing and Duplicating Items Hack

If people give you a super big overtrade, and you accept it, it will make the big offer NOT go into your inventory and the item you traded away will be duplicated, so now you lost your rare and they duplicated it so now they have 2 of your rares which makes it worse.
Here are some tips on how to prevent it:
  • Always press the X button on the corner of overtrades, just incase they have the force accept hack.
  • Keep your rares off your trade list.
  • When trading, yell "NO OVERTRADES!" to keep out the overtrades AND troll trades.
  • While in Aldan *yells at the person who broke the caution signs down*, change your animal and make it super unrare.
  • Lock your account after finding and reporting suspicious activity.
Thanks for reading about these new scams! Good day! *tips tiara*
